The Student Services Office - Via Mattioli brings together the student secretariats of the Department of Law, the Department of Political and International Sciences, the Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Sciences and the Department of Physical, Earth and Environmental Sciences.

To book an appointment, students must download the Ufirst app on their mobile phone which will allow them to select the office to make an appointment. The system will present the list of available times and you will simply need to select the one you prefer. Outside of the aforementioned openings, it is possible to book an appointment remotely via Ufirst.

Once the booking has been made via the Ufirst app, the system itself will send two notifications to remind the student of the appointment: the first notification will arrive the day before the appointment; the second 30 minutes earlier.

Even those who are not registered with the University must use the aforementioned Ufirst app to make an appointment.
